Registration Form Page One (Sign-up information) On this form it asks for your email address. This is a way for us to send you the point standings, important information regarding the program and premium notices for upcoming shows. If you have an email address available please provide it to us. It will only be used for High Point purposes.

  

 

Registration Form Page Two (Class List) A signature is required on the bottom of this form.

 

High Point Program Rule Book - The rules have been updated as of March 2008. It is each competitors responsibility to know the rules. Any questions regarding the rules should be addressed to the HP Chairperson. RULES CHANGE! - There are multiple changes in the rules for 2008.

 
Release/ Waiver Form This is required from all exhibitors, trainers and anyone that will be interacting with the horses. A new one is required for each show. For minors it must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
